Local Manufacturing, Training, After-Sales Services

Within the area of local manufacturing, our task consists of the selection of Iranian manufacturers, who are capable of manufacturing project parts within Iranian scope in compliance to drawings and the standards of the suppliers. This is followed by drafting contracts for local portions within the scope of supply as well as providing consultancy in the contracting.

The equipment will be assembled and taken into operation, under supervision of the supplier. The implementation of after-sales services can be supervised by us. We gladly prepare the corresponding contracts, and we are in a position to successfully conclude these contracts for you.

• Co-ordination of local manufacturers, purchasers and suppliers
• Clarification of required raw material lists, their quality, including possible alternatives and changes
• Technical co-operation, local manufacturing of spare parts in compliance with the drawings
• Repairs, remediation of deficiencies
• Handling and monitoring of repairs after expiry of warranties
• Reporting on the technical condition of equipment
• Furnishing offices, material procurement, providing technical draughtsmen locally
• Provision of English and German speaking engineers
• Monitoring of time schedules
• Co-ordination of construction and erection companies
• Evaluating complaints
• Preparation of damage opinions, damage assessment, determination of causes (for instance through inappropriate operation, maintenance or storage)
• Proposals for damage remediation
• Storage of spare parts and wearing parts during and after the end of the warranty period
• Exchange of experience and co-operation with locally established partners and service companies
• Coordination of training and monitoring of implementation
